YOUR HELI-TOUR DETAILED ITINERARY:

Day 01: Arrive to Kathmandu; Transfer to your hotel
Flying into Kathmandu on one of those blue sky days along the northern border of Nepal exhilarates an exciting and memorable experience with the fantastic views of snow-capped Himalayan peaks spread out before you, just the start you would need for a sky tour of substance. We meet you at the airport and escort you to your hotel, which is approximately 20 minutes’ drive from International airport. You will be taken to an ethnic Nepali restaurant for a sumptuous Nepalese dinner, where you enjoy delicious food and a scintillating cultural dance performed by the local belles as you enjoy your meal. Overnight in the valley of temples, probably the most in the world

Day 02: Heli tour to Everest – Stopovers at Kala Patthar (5545m) & Kongde (4200m) - Overnight at Nagarkot
After an Early morning b/fast you board the chopper and fly towards the east towards Everest Region with some fantastic views of famous peaks as you grace the blue skies. Your destination is Everest Base Camp. Enjoying aerial views of Everest [8,848 m], Ama Dablam [6856m], Thamserku [6608m] Kantega [6685m], Lhotse [8501m], Nuptse [7879m],  you halt at Kala Patthar (5,545m) - one of the finest viewpoints to view Mount Everest up close and the site of the World’s Highest Cabinet Meeting (held on December 4, 2009).

After exploring and taking pictures, you leave Kala Patthar and fly towards Kongde Ri (4200m) which has the world’s highest full service luxury resort – Yeti Mountain Home, Kongde. At the resort, you sit out basking in the morning sunshine taking in the lovely vistas of Himalayan Mountains and celebrate the completion of your Everest adventure over champagne and a lavish breakfast. Later you will be flown to Nagarkot at Club Himalaya. Nagarkot, situated on the outskirts of Kathmandu, is famous for its magical sunrise and beautiful resorts; Nagarkot is also a favorite spot for honeymooners from all over the world…overnight at your resort in Nagarkot

Day 03: Drive back to Kathmandu via Bhaktapur
After taking in the extraordinary sunrise views in Nagarkot, you head towards medieval Bhaktapur. En route, you pass through pretty villages and farmsteads. You get to explore Bhaktapur city’s Durbar Square, Dattareya Square and Taumadhi Square. Attractions at the Bhaktapur Durbar Square include the medieval Palace of 55 Windows, Golden Gate, Nyatapole Temple and several other ancient monuments. Bhaktapur is also famous for its pottery. You can witness potters busy in their work at the Pottery Square. After these visits, you resume your sightseeing tour to Pashupatinath temple and Bouddhanath Stupa. Later check-in to hotel, get refreshed and head towards Thamel’s legendary restaurant ‘Rum Doodle’ for a farewell dinner of tasty continental fare. Overnight at your hotel

Day 04: Depart Kathmandu for the lovely place we all know as ‘home’
